In its production, we carefully bring out the sweet aroma unique to table grapes while employing fermentation with wild yeast. Furthermore, for the 2022 vintage, we achieved a refreshing finish through low-temperature fermentation. The alcohol content is kept at 10%, creating a well-balanced, light-bodied dry sparkling wine with a gentle flavor from the grapes, complemented by a slight astringency and solid acidity.

With its lower alcohol content and non-intrusive characteristics, it's designed to be easily enjoyed throughout a meal.
