About this wine

Château Jun's KOSHU TARUJUKUSEI 2023 (White) is a dry, medium-bodied Japanese wine with 11.5% alcohol, crafted from grapes grown in Yamanashi Prefecture. This 2023 vintage white wine, utilizing carefully selected base wines from growers, is released for modern wine lovers and possesses a distinct character.

For this lot, only French oak barrels were used for aging, with the wine undergoing approximately 10 months of barrel maturation. This process imparts a subtle oak aroma, enhancing a three-dimensional palate where acidity and fruitiness are in harmony. The finish leaves a hint of sweetness.

Given its production method and flavor profile, this white wine broadens pairing possibilities for everyday meals. It can be enjoyed with seafood dishes, as well as hot pot dishes like mizutaki that highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients, elevating your dining experience.
