From Nagano Prefecture, GEO HILLS winery presents "FUON TOM BLANC 2024", a dry white wine from the 2024 vintage. Its distinctive design intentionally keeps the grape varietal composition undisclosed. This medium-bodied wine, with an 11% alcohol content crafted by the winemaker, is drawing attention at specialty shops.

The name "Huong Thom" means "fragrance" in Vietnamese. Alongside the aroma of white flowers like lilies, it unfolds with notes reminiscent of green apple, grapefruit, and banana. Without the use of barrels, it finishes with a lingering subtle bitterness derived from rich acidity and fruit skins. A unique characteristic of this wine is that it does not come with a cap seal.
