It's a full-bodied, dry red wine made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested from their own vineyards in Ikeda Town, Nagano Prefecture, by a new winery established in 2020 after a long career as a contract farmer.

The grapes are cultivated and carefully selected by Hiroki Yokoyama in an environment with cool winds from the Northern Alps and significant temperature differences. The appearance is a transparent and brilliant ruby color, harmonizing notes of slightly ripe, fresh red fruits, subtle spices, and understated oak aromas. On the palate, in addition to well-ripened, rich fruitiness, you'll find gentle acidity that doesn't assert itself too much and very subtle tannins, leading to a smooth finish and a long aftertaste.
