Rosé wine from Japan — Ibaraki, Japan
ROSENBURG 2022 (Rosé)
BEESNEES vineyards / Ibaraki, Japan

About this wine
From BEESNEES vineyards in Ibaraki Prefecture, "ROSENBURG 2022 (Rosé)" is a dry, medium-bodied Japanese wine with 11% alcohol, crafted from grapes grown at the foot of Mount Tsukuba. Even within the same label, different vintages offer a chance to discover the unique character of each bottle you hold.
This wine is made with 100% Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon from Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Fermentation is carried out using the saignée method, where a portion of the juice is bled off immediately after destemming and crushing for the winery's red wines, "Overdrive" and "purple Peaks". It is characterized by a winemaking style that directly leverages the grape's inherent character, without aging in wooden barrels.
Understanding the background of a specific vintage brings a sense of certainty to the choice of opening that bottle before you. This is a wine that allows you to directly feel the approach of the region and the winemaker, born from a method that doesn't rely on complex barrel aromas.
