YUAGARINOTONO（白）2022

The "YUAGARINOTONO (White) 2022" from FIELD OF DREAMS winery is a Japanese white wine made with grapes from Noborimachi, Yoichi Town, Hokkaido. It's crafted with an alcohol content of 10.5%, a dry profile, and a medium body, representing the 2022 vintage.

This wine uses 100% Müller-Thurgau grapes, hand-picked in Noborimachi, Yoichi Town, Hokkaido, and was produced at 10R winery. Two different extraction methods were employed: 70% of the grapes were pressed whole, while the remaining 30% underwent destemming by hand and a 23-day maceration. Furthermore, the aging process utilized a combination of 60% concrete tanks and 40% stainless steel tanks, with each portion aged for 6 months before finishing. A very small amount of sulfur dioxide was added during pressing.

This wine allows you to directly perceive the winemaker's design philosophy, achieved through a meticulous combination of different extraction and aging processes for the same grape varietal.
