Sparkling wine from Japan — Yamanashi, Japan
KOBO NO AWA Koshu
MAN'S wine / Yamanashi, Japan

About this wine
MAN'S wine's "KOBO NO AWA Koshu (White Sparkling)" from Yamanashi Prefecture is a dry sparkling wine with an alcohol content of 11%, made from the indigenous Japanese grape variety, Koshu. It comes in a 720ml bottle.
For its production, the Charmat method, one of the few used in Japan, is employed. After secondary fermentation in sealed tanks, the wine is carefully aged for a period of time. Within its clear color, aromas reminiscent of citrus fruits like grapefruit and mandarin, as well as white peach and pear, harmonize, bringing a moderate sweetness, delicate and fine bubbles, and a clean, fresh palate.
This is a concrete choice for when you want to experience the authentic taste of sparkling wine that leverages the individuality of Japan's indigenous grapes, or when seeking a clean, dry style that complements everyday dining.
