This red wine is crafted using 81% Mourvèdre and 19% Syrah from Nagano Prefecture, with grapes grown in their own vineyards using reduced pesticide cultivation during the growing season. In the cellar, it was fermented with wild yeast and in stainless steel tanks before aging in old barrels. It is bottled with no fining or filtering and a small amount of sulfites, with a total production of 583 bottles. It offers aromas of cassis, fig, and blackberry, complemented by subtle animalistic nuances and a refreshing spiciness.
