Red wine from Japan — Nagano, Japan
SIRIUS PINOT NOIR 2021 (Red)
LE MILIEU winery / Nagano, Japan

About this wine
From LE MILIEU winery, the first winery in the Northern Alps Azumino Wine Special Zone, established by Go Shioze and Sho Saito, comes SIRIUS PINOT NOIR 2021 (Red), a red wine from Nagano Prefecture. This is a limited 2021 vintage, crafted as a dry, medium-bodied wine with 11% alcohol.
Pinot Noir is used as the raw material, and only approximately 500 bottles were produced. This wine offers a pure and gentle mouthfeel, released by winemaker Saito with an eye towards its future aging potential. It is designed for those who enjoy fragrant aromas and prefer to avoid overly heavy textures.
This Nagano-grown Pinot Noir, meticulously crafted in limited quantities, also offers the pleasure of witnessing its evolution through future aging. It is a wine that holds value in opening, whether as part of your collection or for a special occasion, while resonating with the philosophy of its producers.
