Red wine from Japan — Hiroshima, Japan
Vinoble Rouge Type Bordeaux 2022 (Red)
Vinoble vineyard / Hiroshima, Japan

About this wine
From Hiroshima Prefecture's Vinoble vineyard, this Vinoble Rouge Type Bordeaux 2022(Red) is a Japanese red wine with 11% alcohol, primarily made from grapes grown in the winery's own vineyards. It's crafted in a medium-bodied, dry style.
Using 45% Merlot, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 21% Cabernet Franc harvested from the winery's own estate vineyards located behind the winery, it is blended after 9 months of barrel aging and bottled unfiltered. Despite being from young vines aged 4 years, it features a remarkably complex structure.
This is a wine to be savored slowly with a meal, enjoying the unique nuances created by grapes carefully harvested from young vines, barrel aging, and the unfiltered winemaking process.
