On a quiet night, choose your glass. A choice of Sauvignon Blanc 2025 (White) 750ml, crafted by MINASANRIKU winery in Miyagi Prefecture. This is a white wine with 11.5% alcohol, made from Sauvignon Blanc from our own managed vineyard in Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture, fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
A dry, medium-bodied wine with a harmonious balance of moderate acidity and sweet fruit aromas reminiscent of lychee and apricot. It is finished as a crisp, dry white wine with a refreshing, tropical impression.
On a night when you gently open this bottle, pour it into your glass as if it were quietly by your side. A crisp, dry white wine will quietly blend in with your hands as you spend time alone.
