This 750ml bottle, featuring Steuben grapes born in New York and raised in Tsugaru, is crafted in Kanagawa Prefecture. It has an alcohol content of 11% and is finished in a dry, medium-bodied style.

As befits its New York origins, it features a taste reminiscent of American Zinfandel. Within its solid, satisfying mouthfeel where tannins gently spread, a sweet aroma exists as a pop of accent.
