About this wine
A dry white wine from KANDA vineyard in Iwate Prefecture, YUNAITO 2024 is a 11% ABV, medium-bodied dry white wine crafted from Sauvignon Blanc, Müller-Thurgau, and Riesling Ren. This 750ml bottle features purchased grapes, with winemaking beginning for each varietal separately. By using and blending several yeasts that produce different aromas, the wine expresses a variety of characteristics. Each varietal was fermented at a low temperature of approximately 14 to 16 degrees Celsius for about two weeks.
