Craft Valley Blend 2021 is a white wine with an alcohol content of 10%, crafted by SENDAI AKIU brewery using a blend of Gewürztraminer from their own vineyard in Akiu, Miyagi Prefecture, and Chardonnay from Yamagata Prefecture. This dry, medium-bodied wine, with its pale, transparent green liquid, is bottled at 750ml and features fruity aromas reminiscent of pear and green plum, carefully extracted through low-temperature fermentation, layered with citrus acidity.
