TSUBOMI collaborated with Agri-Coeur 2024 (Red)

From Miyagi Prefecture, FATTOria AL FIORE winery presents TSUBOMI collaborated with Agri-Coeur 2024 (Red), a medium-bodied dry red wine from the 2024 vintage. With an alcohol content of 9.5% and a 750ml volume, this wine is born from the resonance between wineries and producers based in Tohoku.

This work is a collaboration between Hiroaki Katayose of Agri-Cœur and Hiroyuki Meguro of FATTOria AL FIORE winery, who poured their unique perspectives and skills into its creation. Mr. Meguro vinified the Cabernet Sauvignon that Mr. Katayose introduced from Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture, while Mr. Katayose himself vinified the Hokujun. By blending these two distinct red wines, individually fermented, into one at the end, a multi-layered structure is achieved where their respective backgrounds overlap.

This bottle represents the intersection of Mr. Katayose's journey, deepening trust with the region and farmers as he prepares to launch his winery in Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture in 2025, and the philosophy of Fattoria AL FIORE, with whom he shares a common vision.
