From YOSAKOI winery in Kochi Prefecture, SINGULARITY Staccato 2025(Red) is a dry, medium-bodied red wine with an alcohol content of 9%. It blends the approachability of table grapes with the depth of wine grapes. This wine, crafted by the winery as a 2025 vintage from their unique perspective on winemaking in Shikoku, presents a new way for Japanese wine to embrace its regional character.

The grapes used include Muscat Bailey A, along with Yamasachi from Nankoku City, Kochi Prefecture. It is designed to meld the familiar comfort of table grapes with the complexity of wine grapes, expressing the concept of "Staccato" through a musical analogy. Its distinctive and stimulating approach is characterized by a vibrant, wild rhythm that bursts forth within a gentle melody.
