COME ON Chardonnay 2023 (White)

From GEO HILLS winery in Komoro City, Nagano Prefecture, "COME ON Chardonnay 2023 (White)" is a dry Japanese wine made from Chardonnay grown in their own vineyards on the right bank of the Chikuma River. The series name, derived from the Vietnamese word "cám ơn" meaning "gratitude," is featured, with an alcohol content of 12.5%.

Chardonnay grapes from Komoro City, Nagano Prefecture, were selected as the raw material. The wine is fermented in barrels with wild yeast and aged in barrels for 7 months. It has a balanced profile with citrus fruit flavors reminiscent of grapefruit, along with vanilla and citrus aromas from the barrels, and a refreshing acidity that tightens the entire structure.
