Rosé wine from Japan — Nagano, Japan
Merlot Rosé K.K.edition 2023 (Rosé)
Domaine KOSEI / Nagano, Japan

About this wine
From Domaine KOSEI in Nagano Prefecture, Merlot Rosé K.K.edition 2023 is a dry, medium-bodied rosé wine with 13.5% alcohol, crafted from Merlot. This special bottling, the 2023 vintage, follows in the lineage of barrel-aged, Bordeaux-style rosés first trialed in the 2019 first vintage.
Unlike the regular Rosé 2023, this wine was made with a focus on achieving even greater refinement by adopting a Bordeaux style that incorporates barrel aging. It is designed to leverage the characteristics of Merlot harvested from Domaine KOSEI's own vineyards in Nagano Prefecture, reflecting the winery's unique dedication.
As a special edition rosé developed based on the techniques and knowledge gained since its first vintage, it offers an option for your table or collection, with a background that highlights its different approach from the regular lineup.
