From Domaine TETTA, "Cabernet Franc 2022" is a Japanese red wine from Okayama Prefecture, crafted as a dry, full-bodied 750ml bottle from the 2022 vintage.
Made from 100% Cabernet Franc grown in their own vineyards, the harvested grapes are destemmed but not crushed before being transferred to stainless steel tanks. After 24 days of maceration with punch-downs performed three times daily, it is produced without any added sulfites, with an alcohol content of 14%.
