This wine uses five varietals: Merlot, Muscat Bailey A, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Black Queen, all from Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture. The grapes undergo initial low-temperature maceration, followed by a slow temperature increase for 30-40 days of maceration fermentation to fully extract umami. It is then aged for 13 months in oak barrels, resulting in a smooth and deeply structured wine.

It boasts a complex aroma layering red fruit notes with hints of spice, herbs, and toast. The palate unfolds with concentrated fruit flavors, fine-grained tannins, and a rich acidity in harmonious balance.
