Red wine from Japan — Nagano, Japan
PINOT NOIR 2023 (Red)
SHINSHU TAKAYAMA winery / Nagano, Japan

About this wine
Here is a 750ml bottle of PINOT NOIR 2023 (red) from Nagano, crafted by SHINSHU TAKAYAMA winery. The 2023 vintage, characterized by a hot and dry summer, saw fewer diseases compared to the previous year. During fermentation, the winemakers meticulously observed the tanks day and night, tending to the mash through extraction, and extended the maceration period.
While the aroma of red berries and flowers, along with its acidity, creates a vibrant and bright impression, the fine and smooth tannins firmly support the wine's structure. The delicate flavor persists without becoming too light. This is a dry, medium-bodied red wine with 13% alcohol.
Why not open this PINOT NOIR 2023 for a relaxed evening with red wine?
