Orange wine from Japan — Yamanashi, Japan
Serendipity CHARDONNAY ORANGE 2021 (Orange)
OKUNODA winery / Yamanashi, Japan

About this wine
From OKUNODA winery, "Serendipity CHARDONNAY ORANGE 2021" is an orange wine with 12% alcohol, made from Yamanashi-grown Chardonnay fermented with its skins and aged in barrels for one year.
Born from the winemaker's playful spirit, this special cuvée uses Chardonnay harvested from their own vineyards, with fermentation alongside the grape skins to fully draw out its inherent flavors. The 750ml bottle of this dry, medium-bodied wine is packed with the depth and complexity that overflows from the grapes.
On nights when you want to choose an orange wine style, or alongside a table filled with spicy dishes, take a moment to slowly savor a glass and appreciate its finish.
