Despite all the grapes used in SHINSHU TAKAYAMA winery's MURAYORI White 2024 being harvested within Takayama Village in northern Nagano Prefecture, the varietal is intentionally not displayed or disclosed, as we want you to enjoy the wine as a whole, without preconceptions.

The name "MURAYORI" layers the meanings of "from the region" and "village news." It is a light-bodied, dry wine with an alcohol content of 13% and a volume of 750ml. A complex aroma rises, reminiscent of clean citrus and white flowers, with a sense of ripe fruitiness. From the initial attack, a pleasant acidity accompanied by a slight bitterness lingers long into the aftertaste.
