White wine from Japan — Shiga, Japan
Ch. CÔTE DE BIWA Shiro (White)
RITTO winery / Shiga, Japan

About this wine
A white wine cuvée from RITTO winery made with 100% organic grapes from their own vineyard, blending Semillon and Sémillon. This dry, medium-bodied wine with 11% alcohol and a 720ml volume is delivered from the land of Shiga Prefecture. It's a 100% self-brewed design using Semillon and Sémillon, born from unique soil cultivation that avoids herbicides and circulates horse manure from a nearby riding club and pruned branches as compost.
