Crafted from perfectly ripe grapes grown in our own vineyards without any chemical fertilizers or herbicides, hand-picked with care, and naturally fermented using only the wild yeasts present on the grape skins. This is ASAGARINO Muscat Bailey A Premium, a red wine from RITTO winery, made with 100% Muscat Bailey A from Shiga Prefecture. It's a completely additive-free, unpasteurized wine, with no added yeast, sugar, acid, or preservatives. Due to being unfiltered, sediment may appear in the bottle.

With an alcohol content of 11% and a volume of 720ml, this medium-bodied dry wine captures the pure essence of the fruit. Embracing a winemaking process stripped of artificial intervention, the time spent with this pure liquid, untouched by human hands during production, shapes the contours of a quiet evening.
